Changing the mac address has nothing to do with EBY or PP seeing it
Its not about that at all.
it is the best and most secure way....Full Stop.
Why
Well when you change the mac address it give you a whole NEW i.p Range for the said windows account you need it for.
SO if you have mac address
00.12.34.56.78 account 1
and change it to
00.12.34.56.79 account 2
00.12.34.56.80 account 3
you will have one mac address for each WINDOWS account you need.
This mean you dont even need to check, record, recheck, record and so on and although i still record everything theses no real need...habit i guess.
each mac will give you a FULL i.p range so you will never get the same i.p address on two accounts although you might get the same i.p on the same account (not a problem) as you have had it before you will NOT get it on one of the other mac address.
Also as for getting the same i.p back, sure its possible depending on provider and lease times
