Whats the best bank?
 

I'm thinking of opening a new bank account, whats the best bank? I want a bank with good customer service and low charges - is that a tall order?

heard barcalys customer service aint that good is that true?

I already have an account at Natwest created 2 weeks ago and Lloyds TSB, since 2011.

No real "best" bank - a lot of good ones have been listed on the forums. Searching will give them to you :)

Never had issues with HSBC.

I would not open more than a few accounts with different banks a year. You may be better seeing if Natwest has other accounts that you can also use.

best bank is one that leaves the doors open and the safe open and lets u help yourself!

PNC is good, friendly and helpful, never had a problem. Just don't open to many bank accounts.

went with Barclays current account is it safe for stealth mismatched name?

You will have no problems with Barclay for mismatching names. It works a treat.
