Default eBay Top Rated "15%" Discount - eBay fee!

So i hit Top rated seller a few months back, Now they are giving "15%" final value fee, I have spoken to eBay themselves but i ended up with someone who didn't know what they was talking about.

I have looked on my eBay invoice and it seem's like the "15%" is not coming of the Final Value fee. Dose anyone els have this problem or am i getting the whole "15%" of final value fee wrong. Please let m know

You only get the 15% off so long as your listed items meet the criteria these days

Need to have 14 days return, free shipping option, express shipping option, same day or 1 day dispatch.

Any item that meets this requirement you will get the 15% off the FVF

I have all them, sorted that out but i can't seem to find it in the invoice where it comes off. Very strange! Might go with one more month and see if this months it comes off, Thank's!

It look's like on my Invoice they only take it off when they want to, Some have the "15%" FVF off then others don't. I don't get this.

I thought it was based on your performance.

Once you hit the mark it is good to go for at least 3 months.

Isn't 20% and not 15%? Could be US thing though.
