eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Lloyds Bank non stealth

Was actually the other way around.

When first reports came, Lloyds had offered supposedly confidential info to paypal.

Note this was all unofficial, and done between 'friends'.

Regardless stealth accounts were compromised, and limited. Users were naturally upset.

well I suppose on fine print of these companies they would always say we are able to exchange details

So what was the point of your questions then?

Of course 'T&S' of companies imply certain things will happen.

This turned out to be unofficial and therefore more dangerous.

lloyds are never going to be in the stealth list as a good bank
