Selling with an EB USA on EB UK to get around VERO appeals?

Ok, so I am not 100% sure how this would work, I remember reading a while ago about another forum member using this technique to get around VERO appeals, but cannot seem to find it now.

Basically, I have an item which is not **** however, keep having items wrongly reported by a competitor... In the UK you cannot appeal a VERO MC999 however in the US you can.

So my questions is, do I:

1) Sell on EB US, using my EB UK account, offering shipping to the UK from the UK (i can imagine my sales would drop dramatically?!)

2) Sell on EB UK from an EB US account - if i got reported for an MC999 would i be able to appeal it as my account is a US account - or would i be unable to appeal as my account is a UK account... I expect the latter of the two

Just throwing a few thoughts out there, if anybody has any ideas of how to get around this, it would be much appreciated.

I had an uk ebay account but the linked paypal got limited so not to waste it I went to change the address to us and sell with skrill not great but is ok,better than nothing

In your case im not sure if your paypal account will be ok by changing the address, you might trigger a red flag?
Also as far as I know with VERO software we have no leg to stand when it comes to a dispute.

I dont think either of your ideas would go all that well down with PayPal or eBay tbh

The best option IMO is to find a new item to sell if you keep having the same issue with the item you are trying to sell
