Interesting 'Item not Received' Conversation
Ok so I know this subject is a minefield but I thought I would just post a very recent transcript conversation I have had with a so called customer.
This item was sold on the Mon 23rd Dec and shipped 1st class on Mon 23rd Dec !
Message from 'customer' (24 Dec):
Hi
I still haven't received my item yet. Can you please let me know what is happening?

Hello there,
Sorry to hear you have not received your Item. It was sent via Royal Mail 1st class on Monday morning.
Ebay estimated delivery times do not take into account it is Christmas and Royal Mail are very busy this time of year.
Your item will be with you in the next couple of days.

Thanks, i just wanted to let you know because a few things i ordered recently have not arrived for the past couple of weeks and I'm worried it might have gotten lost or stolen. Is there any way we can track the parcel?

Hi,
That's no problem at all. We always ensure we are covered by getting a proof of postage that indicates the full postcode and address of our customers. It is very rare that items go missing in the post. If you are getting a number of items missing I would advise you to go to the police as this could be a postal worker intentionally taking peoples mail.
If you do not receive the item in the next few days, I will contact royal mail and investigate what is happening in your area to see if there is any more complaints about missing mail.
