O.K. So i just had an item relisted on one account and got two viewings again b4 it got alive which means that it is automated but there's definitely some filter in place

It is just an automated thing.

Its important to note that people are not manually reviewing each listing before it goes live at eBay. As we have said that is just not possible.

Some listings may get flagged to be reviewed before the listing goes live, but that generally only applies to branded VERO goods.

Yes i do agree that there's no manual review if the initial autocheck is ''clear''
