ebay display setting

hi all,

When i log in my ebay and check my order, it displays the order but does not show customer user name or feedback amount, and has started to just show a picture of the item, so i am unable to link email with order. Is anybody else getting this.

yes been seeing this as well only on newer accts. very annoying to say the least.....

Yes, I have been noticing the samething. I think ebay is protecting its customers more than its seller as always by not displaying much info. about them accept for buyer shipping info..

It works well for variation listing as now you can see the image of which one is sold.
As the last update in autumn with the new order details layout took all that way.

I am now unable to mark sent on items ive sold and need to go into paypal to update, which in turns updates ebay.

I am only getting this on my powersellers accounts, has anybody got this? Or is this something to do with my web setting, Im using Firefox.

maybe check the options and the way it is viewed, maybe able to change the settings

You probably mean when you go to My eBay --> Selling that some buyer details are missing, right?

I had this happen to some new accounts, you can choose the type information you would like to see by clicking the Edit button at the top right corner I think. It should be somewhere near the bar which shows your sold items.

I just created a new ebay selling account and dont seem to have this issue
