If you want to get paid by PayPal, why do you want to remove PayPal fromt he auction?
tell me more about this- so if i remove the paypal address under the settigs, the auction is still linked to the original paypal/ really/

Yes

Its not a good plan to invoice them from another PayPal. That could lead to that PayPal also having issues later on.

Only way to remove the PP link from that auction is to cancel auction, redo auction using a different payment method. Again, not a good plan though as it will link your new PP with your EB and your old PP.

so if I go to acc settings now, it will not let me remove I will get error message?

cos i just tried and removed link and did not replace it and nothing happend to auction. so you are saying under payment policy there is still written the paypal email address?? so even if i change it replace it under acc settings the paypal email is fixed??

so if bids are on there, no way to change payment policy?

The PayPay payment method is linked to the auction itself. It does not matter what you do in eBay settings that will not remove the link to the PayPal email address that has already been put into the auction.

Only way to remove that is to cancel the auction and start again with a new PayPal email address. Again, this is a bad idea as it will cause links.

You will need to explain that a bit more

Do you mean that you have seen listing in which people say they will accept £x amount if paid directly though PayPal?

Well they are obviously just trying to avoid PayPal and eBay fees. Eventually ebay will catch on and shut them down for trying to avoid said fees. Pretty daft way to lose an account just to try to save a few £

anyway the listing ended few mins ago and no payment yet. it went way over, if I receive money in paypal now it will be stuck there, no result to verification, I did not call them as scared.

very stuck what to do now. should i contact buyer and say somthing? like ask for lower offer, seems mad, but if they pay via ebay link then they will be anngry if there is a hitch too

Just wait until the verification either fails or goes though.

Take a deep breath and settle down.

Avoid rattling yourself.
