Editing Item Specifics/ Detailed item information

Is this possible, as when i go to list. I can pre-select my item from the catalogue however some item specifics and properties are different to the item I'm selling. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I think ebay force you to choose one of their options.

If you cant add your own, then point out the errors in big bold writing within your item description.
