Buyer is LYING about tracking information on return item..
I'm a seller..suspended off ebay a few days ago..so I can only use the Resolution Center in my accounts. Well..I had a buyer open a case against me and I gave them option to return item for full refund.
Here's the thing..this was 3 weeks ago and they think they are SUPER slick, now, and posted a message to this case saying the item was returned (using the ORIGINAL tracking number--the one I paid for to SEND them their item) and then ESCALATED it to customer support (so now I don't have the option to reply) for review..saying their tracking confirmation # is 0000000. Yes LITERALLY typed it in like that. Seems they are trying to manipulate system and $50.
I'm pretty broke and can't afford to lose this kind of money and have them keep a good item they complained about...I tried HARD to get a number to call ebay...as I cannot email them about the item as listing was removed..but case is in resolution center. Is ebay just going to refund these idiots without making them return the item? I have heard that happens to suspended sellers..ebay just starts handing out refunds to all these idiot buyers who are trying to scam the system.
What can I do? So furious.
