when do they start?

anyone else have major concerns about this 5% limit which includes 7 categories? completely ridiculous esp as have many idiots open cases when they only make an enquiry

so not only do we have dsr to worry about but num of negative and neutrals fb, plus num of cases opened

I fear for my accounts esp those which dont have large selling limits
