is there any body opened UK ebay account this week without link to a verified paypal account???

To sell, you must link a verified paypal account. There is no way around this.

eBay requires all sellers listing on eBay.co.uk to offer payments through PayPal.

Does this ALSO apply to UK a/c's formed before 11/2007

Yes they do. I'm using an 03 account that requires paypal as a payment option.

Whether it's on all categories - I don't know...

Sorry to bring up an old thread.. but if your dad opened this account, assuming he used real details at the time, would you not have his address on the account which has also been your address at some point? ie wouldn't the accounts be linked through the addresses on them?
