Default MC999 - Done and Dusted?

Got one of these on my main ebay account which has been running for 5-10 years

Was an unlimited account. Had a silly ver0 moment last week, and this weekend they decided to completed wipe me out...Great.

Anyway, if i call them would that help? This account generates 90% of my income.

I have a few other stealths which i grew up over time, but limits are no where near and it is bloody hassle messing around with multiple accounts...

With my mc999 account, i have about 80 outstanding orders from the last 24 hours. Because ebay deleted all my listings from the system i cannot find out the exact specification of items the customers purchased, like sizes, colours, etc...

How should i proceed? ideally i would like the account back for a start, and secondly i would like to send the goods to the customers if they will supply me with full info.

Would a call to Ireland help?

Thanks

At this point you have no other option but to call in and try to see if they forgive you...

If they do not reinstated you, your best bet would be to refund the buyers for the pending orders.

But then again, I am not sure if you can check your paypal account (if its still in good order) and get the details for your customers to ship them out..
They may limit the paypal though...so that may be a risk to wait 6+ months for your earnings

Paypal is not limited. There is barely any money in there as i withdraw money from the account everyday and usually leave balance there for shipping costs etc so that is not a worry.

the ebay account is not completely suspended, just limited to an indefinite listing suspension thing. So i can access all orders but cant actually do anything.

Pretty fustrating. I worked so hard on this account and a couple of vero messed me up. Im so upset as this is my livelihood.

Pretty much you are done and dusted unless you have something profound evidence wise to say you never broke their vero laws you are going to be wasting your breath.

When I got wiped out like you....all in the space of a week, I spent 2 weeks calling begging and pleading for a reconsideration , and all they did was pass me from pillow to post, department to department and after you spoke to 6 different people and explained everything each time, they do a dirty trick and give you some ⊗⊗⊗⊗ hope to get you off the phone, telling you they will pass your info to the team of whatever department (sadistic account killers dept) and they will go over my info and get back to me.

Then IF you are lucky you get an email 3-7 days later saying tough **** basically they will not change their mind.....and if your fool enough to repeat the process and call them again you will wind up with the same answer and a phone bill to match.

Just start organizing you stealth and don't waste time on Ebay crappy customer services, also when they wiped my account out same thing happened I had sales that I could not even see address's for never mind item details, but luckily this I found it all in my paypal and was able to send out my orders.

good luck.

It is a lesson learned as don't have a main account and a few stealth's lying around dormant, best bet is to have accounts regularly used and active
and no main account

Having a main account is all well and good but I am afraid you should know how ebay works, you need to be running multiple accounts.
