i have new ebay account with limits 25items £750.
To lift limits i have to register business seller.
What a documentation have to provide for business if i am not registered sole trader or limited company. Do i need open and register company?

None of the above but you may be asked to prove you have access to the products with supplier info and receipts.

I often go around auctions and buy a few things just to get receipts just in case. As if you do not want to or would struggle to supply suppliers documents then it is an option.

@OP, what's stopping you from opening your own company?

One other thing I noticed just opening a business account is that ebay sent me a nice letter through the post welcoming me to ebay.

Don't know if it is always done but just a thought if you are using an address that is not accessible.
