if you upload a passport and then they ask for birth certificate / passport does that mean passport copy wasn't good enough ?

Rare for that to happen.

At the most, they may ask for everything to be reset.

Where have you got this idea of birth certificate?

No sensible person uses their passport in any case.

Stay clear of passports.....plenty other options available :mod:

I uploaded passport and now they are asking me -
Please provide a copy of each of the following:

- Your monthly statement for the credit card ending in XXXX-06. The statement must show your name, address and account number exactly as they appear in your PayPal account.

- Your monthly statement for the credit card ending in XXXX-09. The statement must show your name, address and account number exactly as they appear in your PayPal account.

- Copy of your passport. Please make the image as large and light as possible. If you do not have a photo ID, please provide a copy of your birth certificate.

- Copy of a recent utility bill, bank statement or credit card statement showing your name and address exactly as they appear in your PayPal account, and dated within the last 12 months.

and as using entropay obviously have no statements

I presume they are asking for photo id again as they have rejected the driving licence I have sent in

that process has happened to me before

i can only imagine either a system glitch, as once i uploaded the hundred more proofs, they then wants another 100 proofs and copy of all sorts of ****

OR some one has genuinely looked at ur id/doc and thought its dodgy

what i usually do is fire off an email to head office or in my case about 100 different pp email addresses i find online and ask them to remove the limitations as i have already sent in X amount of docs.

And they usually work with me on it
