problems with Entropay verification

They where meant to take a deposit of £1 and leave a 6 digit code in my statement for me to verify my account but no variation code was left

Any one have any experience of this?

Whats with asking on 2 threads about this?


You have to phone your banks and get the approval code / authorisation code for the transaction.
Then you need to message entropay with that code and they will mainly verify your card.

Thanks bunneh I asked on this thread first then I found a older post my bad. I asked natwest on online chat they said no 6 digit code was sent.

I will ring them to find out. Il ask them for a approval/authorisation code.

Rsot I got the statement from them today.

I had this issue, the bank saw no code on the transaction. In the i had to get entropay to cancel the verification method and do it another way (bank card to a web cam)
