so i presume this account is stuffed and it was the one with the dodgy looking DL that got it limited

That is the amount of money they are holding for 180 days
If you are lucky they some times take some off reserve each month.. but if not you have to wait the whole 180 days for the reserve to be released.

This the one you have been talking about on here all the time and giving them a blow by blow of what you were doing with screen shots just for good measure, just in case they could not connect the dots.
