Paying fees with paypal after 1900 limit reached

How safe is it to use a new paypal account to pay fees after the original paypal account has reached the 1900 limit? I have been using the new one with my ebay listings for about 6 weeks with no problems. Last month I paid with my VCC but I am paying a 4 or 5% fee for that. The details on the new PP are stealth -different name and address, same postcode. So will paying fees with this get me suspended?

it will more than likely get you limited.

You should really try to get those £1900 limits lifted.. or you could end up losing everything with the method you are trying to use.
