Below Standard Account

Hi all,

I am new to these forums so hello.

I became a power seller in January this year off a bumper 2013 but due to a change in jobs and also a newborn I stopped selling as I did not have the time, when the changes came into force the account went below standard. I have tried my hardest to get these back up to no avail.

if I closed my account and then re opened would that get me banned for life?

You won't get banned as your account isnt suspended however they will look closer at your performance on the new account as it will be linked to the old one.

i'm sure you can't close an account if it's below standard.

What is your defect percentage? How many transactions? What dates are your defects from?
