Gettin closed cases removed?
 

Hey guys

Before i start i have had a troublesome few months so i know this is my fault but thought i would post here for some advice anyway.

I have several accounts and on one, it is set to go 'below standard' global, although i am still TRS in the UK.

3 closed cases for INR for foreign buyers across june and august.

i did not keep on top of it and ebay closed the cases.

i have been so damn busy i just did not keep my eye on the account properly.

anyway, these 3 cases will mean the account will go below standard in WORLDWIDE.

basically is there any tricks to get at least 1 case removed?

the listings amount has gone from 390/5000 to 145/1290 or something like that.

so a considerable drop.

damn

im so angry but as i said i know its my fault.

i had a bad few months personally and found it hard to keep on top of everything.

You might have had a chance to do something had you reacted quicker at the time. I really don't think anything can be done about it now.

Best to learn from your mistakes and try not to let things slip again. Don't beat yourself up about it. Dust yourself down and move on.

I received a Global standard email on the 1st and a drop in selling limit although my UK and USA were above standard. This is a UK based account.

I contacted ebay chat and they put my selling limit back up and said that my account had no problems, even though the defect rate was not good on global.

Regarding cases I also, different account, got an INR 'defect case request whatever' removed even though there was no tracking on the item but the buyer confirmed, via the case, that the item had arrived, albeit 10 days late.

Have a look at your cases, if the item arrived or the case timed out give it a go. Personally I prefer chat as you have time to think before speaking.
