Re: Gettin closed cases removed?
I received a Global standard email on the 1st and a drop in selling limit although my UK and USA were above standard. This is a UK based account.
I contacted ebay chat and they put my selling limit back up and said that my account had no problems, even though the defect rate was not good on global.
Regarding cases I also, different account, got an INR 'defect case request whatever' removed even though there was no tracking on the item but the buyer confirmed, via the case, that the item had arrived, albeit 10 days late.
Have a look at your cases, if the item arrived or the case timed out give it a go. Personally I prefer chat as you have time to think before speaking.
