:ranger: | Even if you're nice and everything is fine they might start prodding around later on and find something they don't like, or someone else at eBay for that matter. When I got my negative removed I got suspended later on in the day, could be a coincidence, could not.. who knows.
Negatives used to annoy me a lot, and still do, but they're actually not that important. If your feedback is higher than 98% eBay don't seem to care. You can be Top-Rated Seller with 98% feedback, it's all about DSR's now. Feedback is just a small part of it all.
I find it impossible to not get negatives every few months as people just leave them without contacting you and then don't reply. Something lost in the post can give you a negative or just someone who clearly isn't stable will give you issues.
On eBay I have never had a negative from someone who has messaged me first, on Amazon I have had one, but that was from someone with intent to harass me and other sellers by leaving them for more than one seller and claiming items lost in the post. I buy 5-10 items on eBay a day and some peoples customer service is non existent and they take days to reply to messages or not at all. I wouldn't give them a negative though, not unless they insulted me or tried to scam me. |
