Ebay scam buy 2 not one

I sent a guy 2 Epson inks and he messaged me and told me only one arrived and will I be sending the another one
I no I sent 2 as its not here and I'm sure I am being scammed and does this happen a lot?:nerd:

Items 'not arriving' is part of bussiness on eBay

Nothing you can do.

Best thing to do is send a replacement via recorded mail and eat the loss.

The only way to prove it would be to weigh one of the same item and check the weight on the postage receipt and see if it is 2 or 1 item.

If you cannot send out a replacement then explain that to the customer and issue a 50% refund.

Check your postage or courier records.

Everything should be provable.

Partial refund is next point of consideration.

Remember to also block and put settings that buyers can only purchase a certain quantity in a certain amount of time. :spy:
