Higher selling allowance. Asked to call ebay to discuss

I have a 25/750 limit on an ebay stealth account. It must be a year old now. It was previously suspeneded for a time for non-payment of about £1.50 seller fees, long story. All settled and selling again now. I upgraded to a business account, then when I asked for higher selling allowances they asked me to call them. What is the procedure here? Is it wise to call them?

If you keep listing to your limits your limits will be increased.
