Higher selling allowance. Asked to call ebay to discuss

I have a 25/750 limit on an eBay Stealth account. It must be a year old now. It was previously suspeneded for a time for non-payment of about £1.50 seller fees, long story. All settled and selling again now. I upgraded to a business account, then when I asked for higher selling allowances they asked me to call them. What is the procedure here? Is it wise to call them?
