I have a question, can I call PayPal and talk about different stealth accounts from my skype?
Or PayPal somehow will see that this is the same Skype user?
Or maybe skype generates a new number for You every time You call someone?

They cant see your Skype client.
BUT - they will know what phone number you used and they can tell its a Skype number if they look into it. Also, make sure the number you used was never used on ebay before or is associated only with the account youre calling about or youll get linked.

They don't link you by what number you called. Especially for skype, many dialing numbers are shared and repeated over and over again.
