Insufficient funds in PayPal for eBay fees

I've just refunded a buyer because goods got lost in post. Now not enough money in PayPal to pay eBay fees. Problem won't arise for a while and hopefully get some sales in before eBay want their money. In the event that this doesn't happen can PayPal take it out of my bank account bearing in mind this is a stealth account and the bank account is in my real name? ( There is plenty in the bank to cover it) Alternatively, can I make a payment from this bank account to PayPal without it arising suspicion? Yes, I HAVE read that I should not pay eBay through PayPal, but still yet to make the changes

Paypal can dip into your bank account - they can see the real name if money is pulled but unlikely to cause a big issue one time - WORST issue is if your pp goes negative
