Entropay help

Have just opened a entropay account but it isnt accepting my funding card. i have tride to fund it with a maestro card and it says that the transaction is declined. I then tried it from a capital one visa card and still didnt accept it.

Anyone know why

I have managed to get this sorted now and will be trying to create my account with paypal. Am gonna be using greanbeans theory and get the paypal account verified before i do anything else.
