so if one onshore company gets banned by eb; pp or az just form another one with the same beneficiary owner (trust). Subject to not disclosing the bo to eb; pp or az

On monday I'll have a talk with ocra as they were recommended to me by someone.

Hi, isnt this a little too complicated?
Why are you so sticked to the company and eb and pp accounts under company name?
Wouldnt it be easier to buy or open any stealth account under any name, make it business account, and then have a premier pp account under the same stealth name and add a bank account under your ltd name. You would only need to have some kind of branch or rented office in the UK to open a bank account, or am i wrong here? And then just to use the bank accounts which let mismatched acc work with pp?

Not far from Cyprus to UK, flight should be cheap. Open a bank account with one of the banks who don't mind mismatched names, buy stealth account from the forum and you are ready to go.

Even if you have limited or any other company in the uk you need a registered office in the uk, and if you plan to get one online, for sure some scammer has used the same address before and you will be linked. For each company you will need a registered office address which cost around 60-100 pounds or even more. If you have nominee director, they don't come for free, and again for sure the same name has been used by scammers. Now you want to go offshore / onshore / trust etc its way to complicated and getting very expensive.

I did read that with some banks you can open an account with just the passport if you are lucky. Have some valid address ready when they ask. Probably that was in some small branch of the bank. .... There are some websites that will be able to help you to get introduced to UK banks, as long as you are able to go there and sign the papers at the branch.

Let us know how it goes, because I am still figuring out whats the best way for my UK Limited to operate.

If the "stealth" Ltd company does not trade, you just need to fill an annual return, just to inform HMRC you did not trade during that period. Very cheap, and you only need to do this once. Something similar with every company director.

There are a lot of people on this forum who canīt see why some of us are willing to complicate things a bit more in order to get more stable stealth accounts and not have to provide "creative" documents to Paypal. In my opinion, if a business account pass ebay and paypal initial checks, there is very little chance that you will be bothered in the future, unless you are not providing a decent customer service or selling something illegal.

a business account stops the need for creative ID for raising limits? If so I'm interested lol. I'm registered for vat though, could I just file the '⊗⊗⊗⊗' companies as having no turnover and put it all through my main company account? Getting into the realms of fraud aren't we? vat returns for 10+ companies would get too expensive though..?

Surely you did not understand what I meant. You use your "stealth companies" info to raise your Paypal limits but you use your real business bank accounts in those Paypal accounts.. Of course you pay all your taxes and declare all your incoming with you real company. Where is the fraud there??

Also if your "stealth companies" remain dormant and are not VAT registered, you do not need to submit any VAT return.
