Competitors selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and getting away with it.
 

Hi. Recently I noticed a sever decline in my sales, i thought maybe it was due to my product getting a little out of date now, but after a quick search I've seen basically 1 seller maybe 2 selling the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Chinese version of mine. It's all the same but there is a dead giveaway in there pictures. Thing is they have undercut me and I can't afford to go any lower and gave basically taken ally sales. Is there anything i can do about this?

I hate to say but these phake sellers are playing unfairly while we try to sell legit products. I feel they need to be punished.

Mate, dont judge him, not everyone here sells phakes.
IMO ebay, paypal, amazon are soo tough to sellers because of cake sellers like you. Thanks a lot

To the idiot who said I'm selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗. I'm not. I'm just worried that my own account may get scrutinised if I click the report button. Apart from stealth in doing everything fairly and feel it's unfair that these guys are getting away with it.

As for the evidence, it's in there pictures but the thing is it's a small thing that's giving it away but very obvious. Would it help if I was able to contact the manufacturer and send them the item numbers? It's a major brand, one of the biggest and most popular in the world by far so will they even bother?

If I was selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ is have no problem dripping my prices but because I don't I can't, I've pretty much gone as low as is possible. Can I accept there are bigger sellers out there who get prices cheaper due to buying in bigger bulk? Absolutely.

So I just added to my listing that there are many ⊗⊗⊗⊗ on eBay and if anyone wants advice they can contact me and il be happy to give some honest advice. No obligation to buy mine obviously. Don't know if it will make much difference. I suspect some of these sellers will be contacting me also trying to find out what they have done wrong.

That was not too bright to do that.

Stay true to your user name (to me they just seem like words considering this thread you started) and MOVE ON TO SOMETHING ELSE!!!! This is the business world man (or girl) stop whining and be a winner. Find something else to sell.

And BTW there will ALWAYS be someone that will undercut your price..that's business!! My 2 cents, now end this thread already. :rant:

I've just had a friend purchase a couple of said items from each of the sellers. When recieved I going to get them checked out and get some official confirmation that they are counterfeit (I already know they are) and then going to get him to go thru the whole reporting and resolution process for ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items. it's a drawn out process I know, but hopefully with the official documentation we can get eBay to take some action against these guys.

These are not cheap items we are talking about aswell, they are £180-200 each, and I've got over £10,000 worth of stock sitting here because some guy has basically cheated, normally id say fair play to him, but not on this occasion as I've got so much to lose out.

Move on, you can never beat them, what's to say the future isn't China and its phakes, AliBaba was floated on the stock exchange for crying out loud, they are getting bigger and bigger and going from strength to strength! Find something else to sell as has been suggested, you cannot compete on prices with them, don't waste time with this, move forward not backwards!! They are even creating eggs out of chemicals now even though those chemicals cause dementia, it's just the way it is.

Find another venue to sell your wares until he drops from getting busted or NARU'd

Watch his account and protect your own until the heat dies down.

10,000 stock and you playing games , getting a mate to buy and report will have very very little effect, take a while and cost you money that you could have used to reduce your products.

Wake up or get stuck with that stock for a long time.

if your really worried drop your prices and get rid, I know you say you cant but if its an option of getting rid and moving on as oppose to getting lumbered with stock you can't afford to keep , I know which option id take even if it meant a breaking even or a small loss.

if you could list on other accounts you could try a dilute the effect it is having on you, but I would personally go with the first option.

I my book you have exactly 2 options:

1. get better prices for which you can buy. Or buy much larger amounts

2. when the stock drops - drop the stock... meaning: as stated many times above... move on to another investment/ product
