Resurrect old Suspended Ebay Account?

I've got an old ebay account that was suspended about 9 months ago.

It's got nearly 3000 positive Feedback so would be really convenient if I could use it again.

Do Ebay "forgive" you? Is there a period of time you could ask for it to be used again?

It was suspended when they found out about another Account I had, and closed it down "permanently"......but is it really permanent?

Those feedback points took some earning, it's criminal that I can't use them...

Tried this on a suspended account from six years ago , which similar was shut down as I had two accounts and tried to sel the same item on both.

I've tried multiple times and all I ever get is the usual 'you know what k am going to do for you is ask my supervisor to look at this and they will get back to you in 3 days'

That was around 259 days ago now lol

What was the reason for the suspension to start with?

They found out I had two accounts with the same address and same paypal name.... At the time, I didn't know that was frowned-upon..

If it worth holding out any hope that I might be able to use this old account again someday?

you could always just call up and ask. can't hurt can it?

A word of warning.

If your account does get reinstated. It is still one mistake away from being shut down again. It doesnt get a fresh bill of health just because it is reinstated.

long term its much better to concentrate on new accounts

I sent ebay an email telling them I had learnt the error of my ways, sent them links to my website and google shop tour, thought If I prove I am a legitimate business it might help..

Obviously the email landed on the correct persons desk and they reactivated 5 accounts, still have listing limits but at least my main account was back..

Originally got banned for "right owners who reported your items due to infringment of their trademark"

Not ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items, just tshirt design that took the mick out of big brands.
