eBay no longer remove negative feedback caused by their system.

Trully an amazing move by eBay. Now when a guy doesn't follow the promotions manager offer and leaves you negative, you got it for good. Wtf?

What are you specifically talking about?

I have more feedback removed by ebay via automation systems than I have ever before.

Your going to have to explain what you mean?

Re: eBay no longer remove negative feedback caused by their system.

Sorry guys , was away for the weekend.

When you used to get a negative feedback which was caused by the buyer not following the promotion i.e.

Buy 2 get 1 free (add 3 to cart to qualify)
Only adds 2, receives 2 and first contact with a seller is negative feedback

Neg-Buy 2 get 3 free is not true. they only send 2. (and so on)

Under eBay "defect Removal Policy"
Defect removal policy
The defect was the direct result of an eBay site issue or an eBay programme error.
They used to remove it.
But policy
New safeguards for protecting your feedback
No longer has this.

However , both policies are currently active on their page?

Just be careful how you voice your offers from now on.
Will be changing buy 2 get 1 to buy 3 get 33% off
Which is same thing , but some what sound less enticing for our customers :)

Why didnt you just include the free one when you saw a buyer paid for 2 items?

If I'd pack myself then yes. But the guy at workshop just packs what is written on the paper. We have 7 offers running which change through out the day and depending on what the buyer is searching for or what he buys. The just add 3rd one is not our problem to begin with.

I know and understand what you are saying but 90% of the time buyers do not read listings and then everything is your fault..

Have you tried contacting ebay about this?

Yes, spoke to them this morning. They seem very understanding and had similar problems with free shipping combine offer. Had good chat both negatives got removed. And the offer descirption is not even in the html area. It's right under the photo embeded.
