Anyone seen this before?

So I created a stealth business account. My Paypal is verified so I thought I'd click raise limits to get from 10 items to 25 and I'm presented with this screen.

Seeing as I was on it I checked the tick and it took forever, maybe 3-4 minutes, and then the same screen comes up again. I tried it again and it gave me the same result.

Anyone come across this before?

yes sometimes it glitches but eventually it works.

but i find if you do it to many times you will eventually get the screen where it requests you to link your account to a already established ebay account.

Thanks for the swift reply Bunneh. So when there's no glitch what happens at this stage?

EB can sometimes be very glitchy. For me, is sometimes won't let me log in unless I clear all cookies. So waiting 3-4 minutes is not a big issue

Tried again this morning with no luck. Cleared cookies and tried one more time and I'm not getting the 'As you're a business seller please contact us screen'
