Got to agree with you there Bunneh, for one of the UK's main mobile phone contract suppliers the EE website is absolute rubbish, and anything to do with that site is rubbish as well. I have trying to successfully activate the cash on tap service they offer, I have had three sessions with their customer service reps to try and get the app working, the first two calls were answered by reps who had no idea what I was calling about even after I had explained everything to them. Each time I have phoned I have ended up with that particular rep's latest idea on how the app should work, it has been going on over a month now. Each time I ring the i get a tiny bit further on in the app activation process, the whole experience has been priceless.
