This is the message, it appears to give me two choices. Confirm location OR Photo ID and Proof of address. However when I choose the Confirm location it asks for a new card to be added (which I do with the gift card visa) AND further down the page it shows the address I gave Paypal. It asks me to confirm this is my address or add a new one. When I do this I then get the message "ERROR you can't add a new card as you are limited". |
