How to complain about low detailed seller ratings
 

I checked my dashboard for the first time in ages and was shocked to see two low detailed seller ratings for description and delivery time.(mid March) When I checked the details I found it had come from the same person. Looked at his feedback which was positively glowing. Checked delivery time and it was within the 6 days delivery estimate. Now I can't find anywhere on ebay site to tell me how I complain or who to contact. I need these to be removed since this is a comparatively young site and it won't take much of a tilt to take me over the edge. ( It isn't a stealth account)

Why not increase your low-end sales with free shipping for better DSR quickly? An option to consider

There isnt much you can do..

If you have prooef the item arrived before the estimated delivery time, such as a recorded number showing when it was delivered, then they used to remove that defect. I have in fact just drafted an email about this to have one removed.

Very little you can do about not as describe unfortunately. You can send them an email but you will be a robotic response back about how feedback is not eBays opinion and they cannot remove it as it would become their opinion blah blah.

As above said, sell a load of cheap rubbish for no profit to get the sales up. Sad sorry of affairs the defect rating system.

Problem solved. Talked to eBay, they can't or won't do anything, but have pointed out that only one counts anyway. Now starting to think like Wired above. By cheap, sell low, get sales up.
