If you have prooef the item arrived before the estimated delivery time, such as a recorded number showing when it was delivered, then they used to remove that defect. I have in fact just drafted an email about this to have one removed.
Very little you can do about not as describe unfortunately. You can send them an email but you will be a robotic response back about how feedback is not eBays opinion and they cannot remove it as it would become their opinion blah blah.
As above said, sell a load of cheap rubbish for no profit to get the sales up. Sad sorry of affairs the defect rating system.
