Oh, stuff bothers me A LOT lately! Past 5 days or so I've been eating super healthy because I noticed that of late I've picked up a bad habit of snacking constantly and add my love for food to it and the outcome is me eating like a pig!
I don't really have a weight problem, if anything then I'm under my healthy weight but I eat a lot so this week I've cut out stuff like sugar, biscuits, bread, sweets(Jaffa cakes and chocolates and other bits and pieces).
I've noticed I'm SUPER grumpy. I wake up and first thing I think of is "Coffee and Jaffa cakes, **** I love jaffa cakes" but then I come downstairs and have oatmeal and orage juice.
I used to have baconators almost every morning- Bacon, bagel, cheese... A lot of cheese. Now I have a kaleshake and go for a run.

They say first couple of days are the hardest, then the next couple of weeks. Clearly I'm not taking it well.
