My point is not to take them to court none of us have that kind of money, as we are discussing what he has to put in his letter and to me if they sound that they are being advised and using terms that point to it then it often makes a company think of the time they are willing to spend on an argument that they know is bending legalities and also wondering who is going to be reading their responce.

I have had final response from escalations. Basically they are saying "No ID no funds released period."

How come there are still people out there reporting released funds after failing ID verification?
If you fail once, can you try your luck with more docs or your locked money forever gone and no fancy letters from the attorney can help??

If you thought about this all, it could of been partially resolved at least a week ago.

Formula is so simple...no proof of ID = no funds.

I would have thought being linked may be an issue for me. Accounts suspended because they got linked. Has anyone on here successfully sent in ID under different names after linking?

The one with suspect ID was released, it's the others I am asking about now. They had asked for passport before I waited the 180. They suspended all of them in one go - reason multiple accounts.

I suspect if they didn't like his DL then a passport will be just as problematic.

Its a no brainer to PP, they earn huge money out of stealing from accounts they know are stealth...and no one has the courage (or money) to do anything about it.

You can see a huge portion of Stealth accounts on ebay, especially recently, dosen't take much of a trained eye, just a bit of knowledge...PP have WAY more tools than just a trained person.

However, you need to provide us with a proof of identity and a proof of address before you can withdraw any remaining balance. Please note that as the copy of your driver's licence was not accepted before, we require you to provide a copy of a different document.

Did you provide two forms of ID?

What if you try passport and then if you fail again you can try Birth and other types of ID until your lucky enough to pass, or the first one is crucial?

I thought you were talking about getting money out not lifting EU limits - I recommend that you lay out your issue clearly. People here are trying to help but this is getting very confused.

OK, I left a few accounts with funds in them which hadn't had the EU receiving limit removed. They rejected ID on one of these a couple of days before all my accounts were suspended for multiple account use. This included unlimited accounts which had ID accepted. I am now over 180 days and did not know for certain they would still be asking for ID to remove the receiving limits. No ID has yet been sent in for my EU limited accounts. Is that clear?

Basically, you got linked with all the accounts you were selling through.

Only 1 account you had produced ID for to lift EU limits and that was rejected.

At this point they KNOW you had a bunch of accounts and 1 has had ID rejected.

To get funds they have the right to ask for ID, now....they know 1 set of ID wasn't acceptable AND they have linked all the accounts.

There is only a slim chance of getting funds but why not submit then alternative info?

If I had a total of 5k+ on all of them I would seriously consider a professional attorney. But first try your luck with more ID, last chance before attorney try maybe even real ID.

Quick side question - do you have any idea what it was that might have linked all your accounts? IP, cookies, did they have common details? Just curious

Not entirely correct - as I say, I had other accounts which had limits removed after ID passed
