My customer wants to reverse a negative feedback to a positive. How do we do that please?

You only get so many of them a year.

There used to be a 'free' way you could get them removed when a customer said he wants too...unfortunately they took that away with there recent change of team to the 'we will never removed a feedback or defect for you' lot.

I checked my account today as I am waiting for my EU limits to be removed on paypal and have noted a negative feedback has been removed by the ebay team :-) I did constantly email them tho regarding the problem customer.

Lucky you.

I had few buyers leave negative feedback over something very petty. More like a questions.

And what does eBay say. Blah Blah Blah.

Before the new defects kicked in last year.
I use to be able to remove the feedback through Live Chat.

Now it's emailed to the appeal department.
Nothing weapon against the sellers.

lol, the Appeal department, I heard they didn't even allow appeals after terrorist attacks, tidal waves and earthquakes.

I've always had success going into live chat and getting them to removing it but now they put you through to a department and I haven't had much luck, 1 neutral but managed to get 1 negative removed

Yes the Live Chat was excellent, you still had to meet certain 'invisible' criteria, but once you had figured that out, and how to process it, it was a win win.

But now, near impossible - so you did well to get one removed!
