Default Does account standard indicator make any difference?

Hey guys,

I have an account that is now below standard as of today but the bar indicator is closer to the standard section than to the end of the below standard. Does this indicator means the account could still be revived provided it doesn't tip off the edge of the red?

I have thousands of stock I could sell and I am confident I may be able to revive it in less than a week by selling stuff at give away prices. 25 sales, actually will get it back to standard but if the bar does not make a difference, in which case I may wake up tomorrow and account will be gone, then its not worth the risk of listing further stock on the account and I could just continue with my other stealth.

Bellow standard is never good. If you can get it back for the next review though you stand a good chance at keeping the account

Yes, the account can be saved. But any more negative feedback, buyer claims, etc. could be a serious problem. I would TRY to save the account but create another backup just in case.

I would also try to figure out what is causing your account to go below the standard mark and fix the problem.

It just get below standard today. Of course, I could get it back within a week but my assumption is that below standard will never stand another review and if it might be gone by tomorrow even without further defect, then its not worth picking the spilled beans

I think its still workable if you are that close to standard. Maybe even contacting some negative buyers by phone and doing a deal to get them to revise the feedback? Depends how valuable the account has been and how much pride you have...I have to much pride so begging for feedback revision isn't something I do , but I probably lose out really

Thanks. If its workable, then I can get it revived. Too much trouble comes with selling used return stock. All of my current stock are new unused and couple with a great customer service, I suppose I can get it back.

I will do all my best while having several backup accounts.

Even if it is saved, I've found whenever I've had an account and it's dipped to below standard for a month or so, after reviving it the listings have never received the same hits as they once did. Has anyone else found this?

Agree with this .. But yes begging for feedback removal is painful. I'm sure I lose out too by having 'pride'!
