Upload or fax docs? Lifting Paypal receiving limit

Is it better to upload or fax in docs for lifting the Paypal EU receiving limit?
Do users find one or other more risky?

I have always uploaded the jpeg files with no issues.

i would assume faxing was a thing of the past as most people just use the 'upload' button function, at least then you can actually see paypal have received the docs.

Just make sure you 'wash' the documents first to remove all metadata.

Just upload them, quicker and easier than faxing
