MoneySavingExpert site today bad publicity for paypal and credit cards

PayPal warning UPDATE. Last week we warned 'don't use PayPal to pay on a credit card' as you'll lose your Section 75 rights. Many asked: 'But what about debit card chargeback?' Now that's in, too. Full info in Martin's PayPal warning.

Just like the laws in the US. Many people assume their debit cards are protecting them just like credit cards, but that is not true. While many banks WILL extend that protection to their debit cards, there is no law that says they have to.

Bottom line is, ALWAYS pay by credit card if at all possible.
