Making new account details?

Hello, I was just checking if from experience the following details would be OK to open a new account, I had been perma banned previously at my address and have since then purchased the stealth guide and read it thoroughly. In the guide it says the name does not matter.

So if I used the following with both ebay and paypal would I be safe:

Real name.
Real D.OB
New postal address
New email
New Phone number
New bank
New card (debit with the bank)
New IP
New user account

I am not looking for making multiple accounts, just hoping to get back on ebay/paypal again and starting fresh. If I have the same name and D.O.B then that would make verification not a problem? As long as everything else is different.

Probably not. Depends on how common your name is. Best to change at least the DoB as well.

New card (debit with the bank)

Nope. The debit card would fail the AVS check. Consider using a Visa gift card or VCC such as Entropay for this part.

Everything else looks good.

Real name and real d.o.b. is way too easy for a PP/eb agent to cross-reference in my opinion...

I've attached my debit card and my bank account (both linked to each other) to one stealth account and has worked fine

Edit: I just realized your flag and not sure if the same works in your country
