hi i was wondering with a new stealth ebay and paypal with made up names,how would i verify the paypal with these details

If you do not know the answer to such a basic question you really need to get the stealth guide...
Assuming youre speaking of a US account in order to verify it youll need to add your bank account to it - OR - get a VBA from one of the approved sellers in the seller section for that purpose.

oh I was just joking...as in change your name by deedpoll for each account...(have actually heard of this happening though).

has your name and/or address been banned already? have you already submitted your own id before?

oompaloompa thanks for the reply,yes it has been in the past my account was limited, i was just wondering because people say make up paypal details,but if they ask for id what would i do

You would provide then with a photo id and utility bill that match the information on paypal.
