I cant even do that, which leads me to believe the ebay/PP split has not be thought through entirely.

I got the same and can not send refunds

Funds will be held from 180 days from the date of your last received payment. The funds are held in the event that should a buyer file a dispute or claim, the funds can be refunded back.

Seems this is one of the new things to come out of the Ebay and PayPal seperation then...im going to authorise a refund through eBay tomorrow, and see what happens. The option has dissapeared, and has to go through a resolution case, but havent checked if it will work.

no option for refund in pp. If you check pp resolution centre, they said no refund/withdraw . :(

Yes, but I am hoping that when ebay cases are opened you can refund then, im going to try it today.

Sucks to be them, I hope I get a load of chargebacks and returns, as the account had taken £15k, and theres only £150 left in after i refund the weekend orders!

Had the same thing a few days ago, said nothing in the resolution center, had to phone up, they said they will send an email 24-48 hours, got the email today, saying we f'd you . So with nothing else to lose I phoned again today to appeal it, probably wont get anywhere , but weird how it got limited, it was running perfectly fine for 3 months, never in the red , a few refunds here and there i only withdraw once a month from it balance was never below £100

When you call as happened to me last week they started asking what you are selling, where you are getting it from and be prepared to have to send them invoices and receipts!

You realise all the 'asking for invoices' etc is just PayPal staff having some fun with you?

PAYPAL ACCOUNT END. Wait 180 days, might be earlier for you pennies, might never happen.

3 accounts lost last months.. all PP due to the same reasons as all the above. its a massive headache.

If your account was bought from here then maybe the sellers need to up their game a bit.

I did not sell to welbs myself, but...

It is Unfair to point fingers solely at the sellers when people like Welbs sell playstation games etc.. on accounts.

BUYERS need to also take better care of accounts once it is received if you even what them to last that is. :smash:

Yeah I agree with you, didn't know he was selling ps games, the last post was based on the assumption that the "end user" is doing his/her part too.

Maybe people need to stop assuming and actually wake up and smell the coffee. Accounts going down so far have been in a pattern, so let's stop this his/her fault and maybe look at the goodies YOU as sellers push through accounts. (not aimed directly at you Baffled, but users as a whole)....Comprende?

We should also include in that the sellers and their responsibilities, thats YOU the people who create and sell accounts.

Dude... we DO follow all stealth methods and principles and are always up to date with styles and techniques.
No seller can help if paypal do manual reviews etc.. on an account.

what is with the PP suspension of not allowing refunds for ebay returned items.. having to phone them up for manual override has been a right pain

Im not upset at all. I am just the balancer, the devils advocate you may say.

James did do a relatively good summary, which is what was requested. I dont tend to listen to people that can't use the English language in the correct way either , so its all good :thumb:
