Does PP see the buyers name at 24vc question

Hi Guys! I am buying another fresh IP at 24vc but I am concern if PayPal will ever see the name of the person checking out with PayPal.

I'll probably think its not possible but I just want your input before I proceed.

24VC provides you with an IP address only. All traffic will be routed through it.
