Hi Guys! I am buying another Fresh IP at 24vc but I am concern if PayPal will ever see the name of the person checking out with PayPal.

I'll probably think its not possible but I just want your input before I proceed.

24VC provides you with an IP address only. All traffic will be routed through it.
Thats all. None of your personal info can be or is transmitted along with this traffic.
