Lol.....

The fact is Steve, many people blame everyone and everything else for their stealths failing, except own up to their own mistakes.

You had your halifax closed because because you used a childs account belonging to your stepson and pushed through paypal payments. Of course using a minors account to receive payments only an over 18 can legally receive is going to get flagged, and it resulted in you being contacted and the account closed.

This is not me making things up.....these are the facts that you have posted on here yourself.

Don't though try and make out that it was purely down to mismatched names that resulted in Halifax closing 'your' account. That is just being economical with the truth, and depicts an inaccurate picture of what went on.

Anyone with half a brain should know that you simply can not expect to put payments meant exclusively for an adult through a kiddies account. Hence your qualification for halfwit status, although you deserve to be called much worse for making such a dumb move.

I would just like to add I use Halifax 18+ Saver accounts for my Ebay stealth accounts ( Some in a varied name & some in a complete different name ) & have had no issues for over 2 Years :thumb:

I learnt that saver accounts are not the best way forward and yes i am not a paypal or ebay expert I learnt from my mistakes
and i make 99% of money buying, renting and selling houses not on ebay
so thats where most of my time is spent

Amen

If you really lived off buying and renting houses and were successful at it, then not only would you have very little need for full stealth, but you would have literally zero need for using mis-matched names on bank/saver accounts attached to your stealths.

*sniff* *sniff* .....eww what's that I can smell?

I do agree with Callidus. Hallifax is fine for a very short term but they DO monitor your account and they will shut you down.

They have become more brutal recently.

Which does not surprise me since they are linked to lloyds.

Don't embarrass yourself. I have a picture that you took showing your front room, and it looks 10 foot square at the most, that two seater cream sofa overlaps the entrance to the doorway where it is so small. ;)

Re: Halifax Bank Account and Saver

I remember seeing steve's living room. It didn't look like a lounge anyone with cash would wish to sit in.

I certainly wouldn't. If I remember correctly there was a skanky sofa, and an even skankier dog, which, at the time I recall insulting.
